Athletics
St. John offers many opportunities for after school sports.

Girl's Volleyball

Girl's volleyball starts at the beginning of the school year and concludes in the middle of October.  Our school combines with Trinity, Marinette to make our volleyball teams. Typically girls in 4th - 8th grade are allowed to participate.  If needed, 3rd grade girls may be asked to play.

Cross Country

St. John participates in two cross country meets in September.  The first is for 3rd - 8th grades and is held at Fox Valley Lutheran High School in Appleton.  The second is for 4th - 8th grades and is in Greenfield.  Anyone in 3rd - 8th grades are welcome to participate.

Basketball

We also combine our efforts with Trinity, Marinette to form our basketball teams. We have a girl's team and a boy's team that play against various schools throughout the area.  If possible we have a "B" team (3rd - 5th grades) and an "A" team (6th - 8th grades).  Boys basketball starts in November and concludes in late January or early February.  Girls basketball starts in December and concludes in February.

We also assemble a co-ed basketball team with only our St. John students. This team plays in a co-ed tournament that is held at Luther Preparatory School in Watertown, WI in the middle of March.  This is a very fun weekend of basketball and Christian fellowship.

Track

At the end of the school year, we host a track meet with Trinity, Marinette and Zion, Egg Harbor in which all our students in Kindergarten - 8th grade participate.  This is a very fun day for all who are involved.

Football/Wrestling

If your child is interested in football or wrestling they are welcomed by our local public schools to participate in those sports there.  We currently have students that take advantage of this and play football at Coleman and wrestle at Coleman and Peshtigo.
